The SOIL PGPM program focuses on a full-time, post graduation program providing a solid foundation in major business disciplines and core business skills. Business Specializations in Analytics, Marketing, Finance and Human Resources provide you a strong grounding in key management skills.
Leadership experiences in self-leadership, meditation, compassion, sustainability, mindfulness and ethics and experiential sessions through the Himalayan outreach trip and social innovation work provide many different dimensions to your leadership journey and growth.
The SOIL admissions process aims at identifying students with the right attitude that aligns with SOIL’s value system, and who have the ability and willingness to explore their leadership potential. Our unique selection process is crafted in such a manner that it helps us assess the holistic personality of a candidate. We focus on multiple intelligence and try to assess the attitude along with the competence levels of a student.

SOIL Talent Appreciation Test (STAT) is a 105-minute assessment that helps us understand your leadership potential and strengths of your personality. The STAT takes into account four personality traits that contribute to the making of a great leader.
At Soil, we focus on a Profile-based admission process and not an exam based one. We understand that the traditional method of selecting students based on academic & test scores does not give a clear view of the overall achievements

We have a rolling interview process. You can expect to get a decision on your shortlist within four weeks of submitting your application and two weeks of taking the STAT. Interviews with short-listed candidates will be conducted by a faculty member and a senior member of the industry. Interviews last about 45 minutes and you will be asked questions about your background and your aspirations, and how the MBA program fits with your plans.
Final decisions will be emailed to all candidates within four weeks of taking the interview. After your interview there are three possible outcomes:
Once you are made an offer to join the program, you will be required to secure your place by paying the first installment of the course fee – INR Two Lacs within 10 days of receiving the offer. The Admissions team will guide you through this process.
