The GEPI process evaluates candidates' leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills through group exercises and personal interviews. This multi-phase assessment provides a comprehensive view of each applicant's capabilities and program fit.

The SOIL Entrance Test is a mandatory assessment for applicants who haven't submitted other recognized entrance exam scores (CAT, XAT, NMAT, etc.). While also open to those with existing scores looking to improve their admission chances, this test is crucial for completing the SOIL admissions process.

Final decisions will be emailed to all candidates within four weeks of taking the interview. After your interview, there are three possible outcomes:
Once you are made an offer to join the PGPMHR program, you will be required to secure your place by paying the first installment of the course fee – INR Two Lacs within 10 days of receiving the offer. The Admissions team will guide you through this process.
